In addition to our requirements, applicants who become recruited into the guild should meet the following expectations:
Attendance
Raiders are expected to make the vast majority of all scheduled raids. In the event that you cannot participate in a scheduled raid,
it is common courtesy to post on the forums in the 25 Man Raid guild forum so that the raid leader and your peers are able to make the proper
adjustments ahead of time. Continued absences from scheduled raids and the failure to post may lower your priority on your raid slot and you may be demoted
to an auxilary role.
Gems and Enchantments
Raiders should typically have new gear they receive from our raids fully gemmed and enchanted by the next raid they attend.
Talent Specifications
Typically, raiders are free to arrange their talent points however they see fit to best fit their raid role. If you are not as effective as
the raid expects with the way you have your talents arranged, you may be required to change your talent specification to match the desires of the officers.
Your raid role can change over the course of time, and it may even change from encounter to encounter. Your raid role can be mandated by the officers at any time.
The guild requires all of its players to play as part of a team and it is a bare minimum that all players be willing to fill whatever role the raid requires.
Raid Supplies
It is expected that all raiders come to every raid fully prepared and stocked with consumables. Raiders should always have
enough money to repair their armor on hand. It is our thought that gold is extremely plentiful in The Burning Crusade, so
we believe no committed player should have an excuse to continually show up unprepared. The guild bank may sometimes provide assistance to players who
frequently must change talent specifications, or for repairs during progression nights but assistance from the guild bank should never be
expected. Players who do not show up to raids prepared may be demoted to an auxilary
role and lose priority on their raid slot.
