Loot Council
Loot is distributed by a three member loot council. The officers distribute loot as they see fit to promote rapid progression through
PvE content. The factors considered when distributing loot in no particular order are: loyalty, seniority, performance, attendance,
contributions, and attitude. Additionally, the officers try to spread out loot so that members do not gear up disproportionately.
New and rare loot almost always goes to our most senior and trustworthy members.
It is our feeling that mistakes can rarely be made when deciding between two very good potential candidates who have been with us
through thick and thin when distributing loot. And if one wins over the other, it is likely that the candidate who did not win will win next time.
Gear is almost always prioritized to raiders who can use the item to better defeat PvE encounters. If an item is no longer needed for that purpose, then it is typically available for
everyone to roll on for PvP or uses outside the raid.
Lemmings is a guild with team-oriented goals, and the way we distribute loot reflects our team mentality. We are not a guild
that is suited for individuals who play the game stricly for personal gain. That stated, it is typical that our regularly attending
raid members end up with all their dream items eventually. A lot of loot flows through Lemmings, and we make it a point to
maintain a small core membership to allow everyone to have a rich gaming experience.
