Gear
At this stage in the game, we are looking for players who have at least a mix between tier 6 level gear and the best heroic items
available, all gemmed with epic gems and enchanted with high level enchantments. Your gear should be customized to best
fit your raid role, and you must be willing to change it (with our assistance) should we ask you to change roles.
Experience
Ideally, our applicants should have at least some experience in T6 level content including such instances as Hyjal and Black Temple.
A background in Sunwell Plateau is a big bonus. Experience with older dungeons like Naxxaramus and Temple of Anh'Qiraj is not necessary,
but it is always exciting to recruit someone who has been playing the game back when legacy dungeons were new.
Tactical
End game encounters require players to react and adapt to their environments. Players looking to fill end game raid roles need
to be able to dodge obstacles, move away from harmful creatures and effects, move in and out of range of other players, and
be responsive to meet the demands of the raid. Applicants should not apply until they feel like they have had sufficient practice
with these activities.
Attitude
Our applicants should be communicative individuals who respond well to their leaders and their peers. We are looking for players
who are raid oriented and will do whatever the raid requires of them to progress through game content and meet our objectives.
Applicants should be looking for a guild where they will make friends and they will be expected to be cooperative,
understanding, and generous with their peers. The ability to give and receive criticism well is required. Above all, applicants
should have an "all for one and one for all" attitude and the desire to fit in and have fun with their guild.
Technical
To be successful in end game dungeons, our applicants are expected to have computers that meet or exceed the suggested technical requirements
to play the game fluidly. They are also expected to have a stable broadband connection. Additionally, the Ventrilo client should be installed
and working with a microphone.
Interface
Our raids make use of several interface modifications for World of Warcraft. All raid members should have the Omen threat meter installed. Healers
should have Forecast installed. DPS classes and healers should have damage/healing meters installed like Recount or SWStats. Additionally,
all raid members should have their choice of boss modifications, such as Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs.
What We Don't Want
We are NOT looking for applicants who wish to lift items from our raids or our bank for profit or for selfish individual use. We are not looking
for applicants who have no desire to be team players. Players who have a history of harassment will not be tolerated.
