Lemmings downs Professor Putricide!

Figuring that Putricide was bugged... we left him up until Monday to see if we could get some experience in 10 man before venturing into 25 man. It was confirmed that the fight was indeed not bugged and so... we had a difficult fight on our hands.

Monday was quite the learning experience. With less than half the raiders with actual 10 man experience on the boss and with only 10 attempts... we had the make the best out of the situation. Aside from increased damage, there were many things that we had to adjust... timing between phases, learning the mechanics and yelling at people to push their dps harder... :)

With Tuesday being the new reset... we pushed through the rest of the bosses, getting to Putricide with 3 hours left in our raid. Many more raiders spent time in 10 mans gaining more experience with the Abom and Putricide placement during adds. These little things definitely improved raid dps and helped with timing between phases.

Our second attempt into the night put us in phase 3... at around 10%. We still needed to fine tune a few things in phase 3 as well as tell our raiders to avoid bowling oozes and exploding flasks... For the next few attempts, we consistently got him into phase 3 with about three 1% wipes. As Rob usually says... "This is it. This is the night" and... it was. Here's our kill shot:

This fight is merciless... and allows little room for error. Everyone needs to be environmentally aware and able to adapt to different situations. Putricide might be hard... but I'm sure there will be fights later on that will be much much tougher. Time to start studying up on the Crimson Hall bosses :D
